Last Thursday night, family, friends, funders and UChic ambassadors gathered at TallulahBelle’s in Leawood, KS for our 1,000 Dreams party in partnership with the Women’s Foundation of Kansas City! The super talented Gracie Schram performed a few songs. We celebrated, shared dreams AND WE MET OUR GOAL!!

As the evening came to an end, Advisor Yijing Brentano closed the gap getting us to our $27,000 goal!! The moment was exhilarating and humbling. At UChic we know experiences can change lives. Now with $27,000 raised we can begin the production of our first product – the “Gracie” computer case while funding the dreams of more than 10 young women with up to $1,000 in scholarship funding.

We are honored and thrilled to provide scholarships to these young women at such a pivotal point in their life.

We want to thank Yijing Brentano for closing the gap and all of our supporters for helping us support our mission of funding #1000Dreams.

But it is not over yet. We still have 5 DAYS LEFT! More funding means supporting more dreams. And every little bit helps. If you have not yet funded a dreamer, we would still love your support! Remember, it only takes $5 to support a dream!
