Wondering what employers are the most desirable according to 2011 grads? According to Universum USA, an employer branding firm, the most desirable companies varied based on new graduates' goals. 

BusinessWeek recently published this graphic to showcase the needs of students and how they match up with the most popular employers. Universum USA surveyed 60,000 college graduates and asked them to rank top employers based on their own individual characteristics. Characteristics ranked included a company's awareness of the necessity for a work-life balance, how high the salaries are and then showcased how likely different types of students (leaders, hunters) were to apply to a variety of companies.
