Looking for an internship that pays and has a great internship program? You may not have to look any further than Glassdoor's list of the Top 20 Highest Rated Companies Hiring Interns Right Now.

The list is compiled by rankings from interns, level of interview difficulty and average monthly base pay, all good indicators of which companies treat their interns the best.

If internship satisfaction means the most to you, you may want to check out Google, which has a 4.6 rating on a 0-5 scale.

Here's a list of the top-ranked companies for internships:
1. Google: 4.6
2. Procter & Gamble: 4.2
3. QUALCOM: 4.2
4. Microsoft: 4.2
5. Nordstrom: 4.1

It turns out, if you want to make the big bucks and intern in a great company, the tech world has the best opportunities.

Here's a list of the top three paid internships (based on highest average monthly base pay):
1. Research Intern at Microsoft: $7,050
2. Software Engineer Intern at Google: $6,462
3. Software Engineer In Test Interns at Microsoft: $5,951
