Social networking is on the rise, and more and more people these days are using it to seek relationship advice… or even relationships. 

OkCupid is a free online dating website that many college students say they use for the ‘fun’ of it, simply to see what kind of people they will meet.  Regardless of why people use it, it is quickly growing and has been noted to successfully introduce college students who are in the same area and share the same interests.  It is easy to use, and allows you to make quizzes about yourself that you can share with other people to see if they may be a match for you. 

This all sounds great, but is OkCupid really OK for you?  Online dating is something you will have to decide if you are okay with on your own, but if it is something you are interested in, this is a great page to check out!  It is free, has a huge database and allows you to determine if your "must-haves" in a relationship match with others. You are asked questions that you can answer privately or publicly and you're also allowed to give explanations for answers. OKCupid also has an iPhone and Android application so you can review your matches on the go.
