Whether it’s a true trend or just wishful thinking, students at Penn are battling the 20-degree temperatures with hints of spring hidden under layers of down and wool. I’ve seen a resurgence of typically spring entities: dresses and floral, even floral-printed frocks swinging around campus. It’s easy to get caught in the winter doldrums in a palette of grays and browns, but why would you want to when spring is just around the corner?
