ASPIRE, a non-profit dedicated to empowering Asian American girls with career development and leadership skills, is presenting the 1st Annual ASPIRE Outstanding Woman of the Year Award, recognizing young Asian American women in high school and college who are leaders and role models in their communities.

If you think you know someone who fits the bill, you can nominate her on the ASPIRE website. Nominations must be submitted by March 1st.
The first-prize winner will receive a free trip to Boston (including hotel and airfare) to attend the 2008 ASPIRE Asian American Women in Leadership (AAWIL) Conference on April 26th, as well as a day with a mentor of the winner’s choice from ASPIRE’s network and a profile spread in a 2008 issue of Audrey Magazine.
