As if you needed another reason to scold yourself for eating just a little too much candy this Halloween, but experts are now saying that overeating sugar over the course of a lifetime contributes to dull, drab skin.

Too much sugar affects both collagen and elastic in the face. Advanced glycation end products (or AEG's) are harmful molecules that are created when you consume too much sugar. And the damage that sugar causes starts showing at or around 35 years old – not when you're 50 or 60.
