Time Magazine has recently created an amazing list of their Top 100 albums of all time. Stress on the their of course, as you may not agree with all of them.

This isn't limited to classic music either. The list includes many artists from the 2000s (it sounds weird saying that), 1990s, and 1980s, including groups like Oasis (What's The Story Morning Glory), U2 (The Joshua Tree), and Radiohead (Kid A).
