Being a senior in college is a weird feeling. It’s bizarre to think that every time you come visit home, it’s one less time you’ll be travelling back to school. Honestly, this whole year has been a rollercoaster ride—emotionally and physically—and I can safely say that any senior you talk to will say the exact same thing. But with only a couple months left of school (for some of us the last time ever in school—um, YIKES!), It’s important that you make the most of your time left of your Spring Semester. So…

Go to Every School Event.
That’s right, I said EVERY school event! Even if you hate sporting events, when’s the next time you’ll be able to go? Take your besties and travel to the arena, rink, or stadium. Also go to every school sponsored event, like “Make-Your-Own-Teddy Bear”, or a “Paint Bar.” Making memories with your friends are the things that you’ll remember when you graduate.

Take Photos of Everything.
Snap pictures of every single moment left at school. Whether you’re out with your friends, or at a concert, take pictures of everything and make a scrapbook when you graduate. When you take pictures, you’ll have memories and pictures to go along with all of the fun times you’ve had in college.

Keep it Positive.
Let’s face it—the job search is frustrating, and emotionally exhausting. Trying to find a job and snagging an interview is probably one of the most stressful things ever. However, it’s important to remember that keeping it positive in a stressful situation will help you in the long run. Also, remember to live. You’re only in college once, and you’re only young once. It’s important to remember to have fun and experience life as it comes; no need to rush! It’s all going to happen the way it will, enjoy the ride.

Investigate your College Town.
Never explored the surrounding area of your campus? Now’s the time to! If you live near a city and you’re returning home after graduation, go with your friends for the day and experience something new.  Making memories off campus will give you more great stories to tell of your time in whatever town you’ve called home for the last four years!

Congratulations Class of 2014, We’re almost there; remember to live your dreams!
