A fantastic new study done on some girls in a Minnesota high school revealed that girls who spend time obsessing over their weight are more likely to develop unhealthy eating habits, including massive weight gain.
Yes, gain!
They found that these unsafe practices didn't just include the ones you'd assume, like binging. Lists went on to include smoking and skipping meals.
A shocked 92% practiced at least one unsafe eating habit, and shockingly, the group of girls who weighed themselves frequently… showed over 30lbs of weight gain.
