mtvU is ready to party, as the 2009 Woodie Awards line-up continues to grow. The show, which is set to air December 4, will now include The Dead Weather, (featuring Jack White from the White Stripes and The Raconteurs), Dean Fertita (Queens of the Stone Age), Jack Lawrence (The Greenhornes, The Raconteurs) and Alison Mosshart (The Kills).

Also joining the roster, 2009 Woodie Nominees (Video Woodie), Death Cab For Cutie will perform “Meet Me on the Equinox,” the lead single from the Twilight Saga: New Moon Soundtrack. They’re set to take the stage along with dance/punk duo Matt and Kim who will perform their 2009 VMA “Breakthrough Video” winner “Lessons Learned.”
