Do you have an idea on how to save the environment? Microsoft wants to know–and if they like it, you could win a trip to Paris!

The software company is calling on young programmers, artists and technologists around the world to "imagine a world where technology enables a sustainable environment." The Imagine Cup contest is comprised of nine categories, including photography and short film, and entries should reflect valuable, real world solutions. Finalists will win cash prizes and the 2008 World Finals will be held in early July in Paris (that's France, not Texas). For more information, go to the contest website.
