What does it mean to have a big dream and begin working towards it while in school? Can your dream be accomplished in college? Yes!

Dare to Dream KU

To celebrate the University of Kansas launch of the 1000 Dreams Fund, on September 23, we’re presenting Dare to Dream KUFeaturing “Orange is the New Black” actress Farrah Krenek, this event is guaranteed to inspire you all to dream big!

Farrah is a game changer in the entertainment industry. You may recognize her from shows such as “Orange is the New Black,” “Saturday Night Live,” “Nurse Jackie,” and “Law and Order” to name just a few, and her inspiring work doesn’t stop there. Farrah found the need for a voice at an early age when she was often mistaken and teased as a boy. She has taken her love for acting and developed a strong voice for those who have had a hard time fitting in.

As a great role model to us all, Farrah says, “Be proud! Stand tall!” She works hard to inspire people to love themselves through her thriving acting career. To learn more about Farrah and her upcoming and past body of work, visit her website: www.farrahkrenek.com
